  • 24/7 support is provided via call or online, with on-site visits chargeable if necessary.
  • Maintenance may occasionally interrupt service, with prior notice whenever possible.
  • Clients must keep their login credentials secure. Fiberworld is not responsible for misuse caused by lost credentials.
  • Fiberworld is not liable for indirect damages, such as data loss or goodwill damage, outside its control.
  • A Fair Use Policy (FUP) applies to all services.
  • Services are provided on a 1:4 sharing ratio.
  • Routers and other equipment remain Fiberworld's property and must be returned upon disconnection.
